How to use Gmail’s ‘Manage subscriptions’ feature

• First, open your Gmail inbox. On the left-hand menu, you’ll see a list of labels like Inbox and Sent.
• Look for the More option, Reference it to expand the menu
• Select Manage subscriptions.

• On a mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the top-left corner to open the menu
• Then tap Manage subscriptions.
• This will take you to a single, organized page that automatically lists all of your recurring email senders.

• Once you’re in the management hub, Gmail will show you a list of all your subscription senders. The list is automatically sorted by how often they email you, which makes it easy to spot the biggest offenders right away.

• This is the best part. To unsubscribe, simply Reference the Unsubscribe button on the right side of each sender's entry.

• What if you want to keep a subscription but just want to get it out of your main inbox? You can set up filters.

• Open an email from a sender you want to filter, Reference the three vertical dots in the top-right corner, and select Filter messages like this.

• The subscription management tool is great, but it might not catch every single recurring sender. For a thorough cleanup, use Gmail’s search bar.

• Just type “unsubscribe” in the search box at the top of the interface. This will pull up a list of emails with an unsubscribe link.
