以為吃得健康?38歲女天天吃「這食物」竟確診乳癌 醫揭關鍵真相:風險恐飆6成

許多人以為「天然」就代表健康,然而,一名38歲女性的真實案例卻顛覆了這個觀念。她作息正常、不菸不酒、飲食清淡,平時也不吃蛋糕或甜點,卻在健康檢查中確診乳癌第二期,讓她難以置信。深入詢問後,醫師發現關鍵原因竟與她「愛吃水果」有關。

外科醫師陳榮堅分享,這位患者每天都會吃大量水果補充「天然糖分」,誤以為比甜食健康,卻在不知不覺中攝取過多碳水化合物。醫師指出,許多人以為只有甜點或含糖飲料才會造成糖分過量,其實米飯、麵食,甚至某些水果,都屬於高碳水來源。當碳水攝取過多,會引發身體慢性發炎,導致細胞異常生長,乳癌、大腸癌、胰臟癌等風險可能增加超過6成。

日本糖尿病專科醫師水野雅登也指出,糖質是癌細胞的重要燃料來源,當人體糖分攝取過高、蛋白質攝取不足時,細胞再生過程容易失衡,創造出有利癌細胞繁殖的環境。他提醒,現代人常誤以為只要不吃甜食就是「控糖」,但真正的風險往往藏在日常三餐中,例如飯、麵與水果中的隱藏糖。

陳榮堅強調,預防癌症並非只靠「忌口」,而是要維持整體飲食結構的平衡。建議每天攝取足夠的蛋白質與蔬菜,減少精緻澱粉,避免只吃單一類型食物造成營養失衡。若飲食長期偏重碳水化合物而忽略其他營養素,反而會增加身體發炎與癌變風險。

根據衛福部與國健署統計,乳癌已連年蟬聯國內女性發生率最高的癌症。台灣婦女乳癌發生高峰落在45至69歲,每十萬名女性約有190人確診。平均每天有31名女性罹患乳癌,另有6人因此失去生命,提醒民眾務必正視乳房健康。

國健署也呼籲,40至74歲婦女可享每兩年一次免費乳房X光攝影檢查,這是目前最有效的早期偵測方式,能在無症狀階段發現0期乳癌。若發現乳房有無痛性腫塊、乳頭凹陷、異常分泌物或橘皮樣變化,應儘快就醫檢查,別讓「自以為健康的飲食習慣」成為隱形風險。
