Kelley Mack: A Life Remembered

A wave of grief has swept through the entertainment industry as actress Kelly Mack has passed away. Known for her work in popular projects like 'The Walking Dead' and 'Chicago Med,' she breathed her last at the age of 33 on Saturday in her birthplace of Cincinnati.

According to Deadline, the actress battled with glioma of the central nervous system. The news of her demise was confirmed by a social media post by her sister, who mentioned, "It is with indelible sadness that we are announcing the passing of our dear Kelley. Such a bright, fervent light has transitioned to the beyond, where we all eventually must go."

The actress was surrounded by her loved ones in her last moments, stated the post further. "Kelley passed peacefully on Saturday evening with her loving mother Kristen and steadfast aunt Karen present. Kelley has already come to many of her loved ones in the form of various butterflies 🦋 ❤️. She will be missed by so many to depths that words cannot express."

She concluded the note by saying, "Kelley’s Caringbridge link in her bio includes the 2-page formal announcement with information on her upcoming life celebration in Ohio on August 16th. She would want you all to know how much she loves you. And as her sister, I want you all to know how brave that tough SOB was, especially when she decided to make the leap to be reunited with God. I’m so proud of her."

Kelley Lynne Klebenow, known as Mack, was born on July 10, 1992, in Cincinnati. At a very young age, she started her acting career in commercials. She was honored with an Acting Award from the Tisch School of the Arts for her first role as Chloe in The Elephant Garden (2008), which also won the Student Visionary Award at the Tribeca Film Festival.

She is popularly known for playing Addy in five Season 9 episodes of 'The Walking Dead' in 2018-19. Further, her guest appearances in '9-1-1,' 'Chicago,' 'The Modern Family' spinoff, and more were highly appreciated. She also featured in 'Broadcast Signal Intrusion' opposite Harry Shum Jr, Mr. Manhattan.

And the list doesn’t end here, as she spent the past 11 years living in Los Angeles, working in film, TV, commercials, and voice-over roles. She was the voice of Hailee Steinfeld’s Gwen Stacy in the Oscar-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

In addition to this, she produced several short films, including 'A Knock at the Door' in 2016, which received the Festival Award at the Atlanta Horror Film Festival and garnered two nominations at FilmQuest. She was an executive producer on Universal, an upcoming film by writer-producer Stephen Portland, in which she has a starring role. She wrote, directed, and edited the 2015 short film 'Positive' and worked as the cinematographer for the 2014 short The Kingdom.

HYDERABAD: Gopalapuram police have registered five new cases against the head of Srushti Fertility Clinic Dr Athaluri Namratha alias Pachipala Namratha, and others based on complaints lodged by five sets of victims. While in one case a couple alleged that the doctor handed them a baby whose DNA did not match theirs, three other couples accused the clinic of adopting dubious methods. They claimed that they had already paid the money â anywhere from Rs 12.5 lakh to Rs 19 lakh â and even deposited their biological samples when they grew suspicious about the operations of Dr Namratha and her clinic. The frauds occurred between 2019 and 2025. Cops are yet to ascertain details of the fifth case.
