Gempar! 24 Pabrik di Cikande Diduga Terpapar Zat Radioaktif Cs-137
Kementerian Perindustrian mengungkap 24 perusahaan di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande (MCIE), Serang, Banten, terpapar zat radioaktif Cesium-137 (Cs-137). Paparan radiasi ini ditemukan pada berbagai sektor, mulai dari industri peleburan logam, pengelolaan limbah berbahaya, hingga industri makanan dan manufaktur, termasuk perusahaan besar seperti PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia dan PT Nikomas Gemilang, pemasok merek global seperti Nike, Adidas, dan Puma.
Direktur Jenderal Industri Logam, Mesin, Alat Transportasi, dan Elektronika Kemenperin menjelaskan, hasil pemetaan menunjukkan tiga industri makanan terdeteksi memiliki paparan radiasi Cs-137 dengan laju dosis 1,6 hingga 152 mikro sievert per jam.
Selain itu, tiga industri pengelolaan limbah B3 juga menunjukkan paparan antara 0,24 sampai 0,4 mikro sievert per jam, sementara 15 industri peleburan logam memiliki tingkat radiasi lebih tinggi, mencapai 700 mikro sievert per jam. Bahkan, terdapat enam lokasi timbunan yang terdeteksi memiliki paparan ekstrem hingga 10.000 mikro sievert per jam, kategori yang sangat berbahaya bagi keselamatan manusia.
Menyikapi temuan ini, Tim Satuan Tugas (Satgas) yang dipimpin oleh Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Pangan menetapkan Kawasan Industri MCIE sebagai insiden serius.

HYDERABAD: Gopalapuram police have registered five new cases against the head of Srushti Fertility Clinic Dr Athaluri Namratha alias Pachipala Namratha, and others based on complaints lodged by five sets of victims. While in one case a couple alleged that the doctor handed them a baby whose DNA did not match theirs, three other couples accused the clinic of adopting dubious methods. They claimed that they had already paid the money â anywhere from Rs 12.5 lakh to Rs 19 lakh â and even deposited their biological samples when they grew suspicious about the operations of Dr Namratha and her clinic. The frauds occurred between 2019 and 2025. Cops are yet to ascertain details of the fifth case.
