美國研究揭示:日常多吃1食物,助防乳癌、大腸癌與胃癌,還能養胃護腸

正值產季的高麗菜近期成為家庭餐桌上的人氣蔬菜,不論清炒、煮湯、燉粥或加入火鍋,都能吃出鮮甜清脆的口感。除了美味又百搭,高麗菜的營養價值也相當高,被營養專家譽為「廚房裡的胃藥」,特別適合經常胃脹氣、胃酸過多或腸胃敏感的人食用。

台安醫院營養師劉怡里指出,高麗菜屬於十字花科蔬菜,富含維生素A、B群、C、葉酸與鉀等營養素,能幫助提升免疫力與促進代謝。此外,它是少數含有維生素U的食材之一,這種營養素具有修復胃腸黏膜的功效,對長期消化不良或胃部不適者相當有益。

一份約100克的燙高麗菜僅含約23大卡熱量,蛋白質1.3克、碳水化合物4.8克、膳食纖維1.1克,幾乎不含脂肪,屬於低碳水化合物蔬菜,十分適合控制熱量或進行減醣飲食的人食用。

不少民眾熟知高麗菜能「顧胃」,但其實它的健康功效遠不止於此。美國國家癌症研究所近期研究發現,高麗菜中的「吲哚素」與「異硫氰酸酯」等天然植化素,能有效抑制癌細胞生長,長期攝取可降低罹患乳癌、大腸癌、胃癌與前列腺癌的風險。這項發現讓高麗菜再度成為營養界的焦點蔬菜。

劉怡里補充,除了防癌與護胃,高麗菜還具有抗氧化與延緩老化的特性,能協助身體清除自由基,維持皮膚與細胞健康。對於牙口較差的長者或消化功能較弱的人來說,高麗菜柔軟易咀嚼、營養豐富,是相當理想的蔬菜選擇。

至於部分民眾擔心甲狀腺功能異常者不宜食用,高麗菜確實含有「致甲狀腺腫物質」成分,但劉怡里說,只要不是以大量高麗菜汁取代正餐或過量攝取,日常以熟食方式少量食用並不需過度擔心。

總結來看,高麗菜不僅價格親民、用途廣泛,更是兼具防癌與養胃效果的「平民超級食物」。營養師建議,每週可適量將高麗菜納入餐單中,搭配多樣化蔬菜攝取,養成均衡飲食習慣,不僅能強健腸胃,也能從日常飲食中為健康加分。

The frauds occurred between 2019 and 2025. Cops are yet to ascertain details of the fifth case.
